ADMISSION GUIDELINES

Welcome to online application portal of ARLM Vidyalayam. Below is a general guide:

Step 1: Check for age criteria( for Pre KG ,LKG)and grade-specific requirements.

Step 2: Application Process

1. Obtain Application Form: Download it from the school website or collect it from the school office.

2. Fill Out the Form: Provide details like the child’s name, age, previous academic records, and parent/guardian information.

3. Submit Required Documents:

• Birth certificate
• Passport-size photos
• Previous school records - Transfer certificate, Progress card(if applicable)
• Proof of residence ( Aadhar card)
• Immunization records/ Health card
• Parent ID proof

Step 3: Entrance Test or Interview

We conduct entrance exams / interview to assess the aptitude.

Step 4: Payment of Fees

• If the child is selected, the school will provide an admission offer.
• Pay the admission fee and the term fees( only online payment ) to confirm the seat.

• Attend orientation programs to familiarize with school policies and procedures.
• Ensure the child is ready with uniforms, books, and other essentials before the academic session begins.

• Application Deadlines: Be aware of deadlines, as we have limited seats.

Waitlists: If the school is full, you may be placed on a waitlist.

Special Needs: Inform the school about any special educational or health needs to ensure necessary accommodations.
